Self Management Group (SMG) POP Book Store Refund Policy

  • Most items can be returned for a refund up to 7 Business Days from the delivery date with original proof of purchase

 

  • Items can only be deemed eligible for refund if SMG support staff is provided detailed information (front, side, and back pictures of the book)

 

  • SMG can only offer a refund to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.  

 

  • SMG reserves the right to decline refund requests and to modify or to cancel the terms of this guarantee at any time and without notice.

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
